Before using the services provided by DLM Vip Transfer (“our Company”), please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using our website (“dlmviptransfer.co.uk”) and making a reservation, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
Service Description
Our Company provides VIP transfer services to and from Dalaman Airport and surrounding regions (e.g., Marmaris, Fethiye). All services are provided based on the information given by the customer at the time of reservation.
Reservation and Payment Terms
- Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are finalized only after being confirmed by our Company. Confirmation is communicated via email or phone.
- Payment Terms: Payments can be made using the methods specified during the reservation process (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- Cancellation and Refunds:
- Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the service date.
- No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the service date.
Customer Obligations
- Providing Accurate Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information in the reservation form.
- Being Ready on Time: Customers must be present at the transfer location at the specified time. No refunds are provided for missed services due to delays by the customer.
- Baggage Limits: Customers must ensure that the number and size of their luggage comply with the vehicle’s capacity.
Company Obligations
- Timely Service: All transfers will be carried out at the time specified during the reservation. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Vehicle and Driver Quality: All transfers are carried out with comfortable and well-maintained vehicles, operated by professional drivers.
- Safety: Ensuring the safe transportation of passengers is the primary priority of our Company.
Limitation of Liability
Our Company is not liable for:
- Issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure events.
- Personal loss, damage, or accidents occurring during the journey.
Price Changes
Our Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, confirmed reservations are not affected by price changes.
Right to Modify or Cancel
- Cancellation by the Company: In unforeseen circumstances, our Company reserves the right to cancel reservations. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
- Changes by the Customer: Changes to the transfer date or time are subject to availability.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Muğla shall have jurisdiction.
